Dental Practice Coordinator

Panorama Dental is looking for an experienced dental skilled to become a key part of our growing team in Bathurst. (Full Time or Part Time).

This is more than a reception role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, coordinating their care and helping create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through to the completion of treatment.

You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team across our general dental practice, specialist practice and in-house dental laboratory. You’ll play an important role in helping patients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their treatment journey.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcome and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate appointments, treatment plans and patient communication.
- Follow up patients and help them move forward with recommended treatment.
- Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Keep appointment schedules organised and treatment progressing smoothly.
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Help create a warm, professional and welcoming environment for every patient.
- Become a trusted and valued member of our team.

About you

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.





You’ll have:

- Experience working in a dental practice.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, treatment coordinator or dental assistant.
- A sound understanding of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment and supporting patients through their dental journey.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using dental practice management software.
- A positive attitude, a caring nature and a willingness to take ownership of your role.
