About the Role
In this role, you'll help coordinate drivers, vehicles, routes, and schedules across our charter, school, and contracted services. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure services run efficiently, safe, and reliably while gaining valuable experience in transport planning and fleet management.
What You'll Do
- Assist with driver and vehicle scheduling.
- Support the planning and allocation of bus services.
- Monitor fleet and driver utilisation and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with depot teams, drivers, and customers to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Support compliance with fatigue management, safety, and transport regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- A team player who enjoys working with people and finding solutions.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Experience in transport, logistics, rostering, scheduling, customer service, or operations.
- Knowledge of fleet management or workforce planning.
- Experience using scheduling or operational software.
