Careys Sales & Services is seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. This is a full-time position. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, servicing and fabrication repair work.
What you'll be doing
- Performing basic mechanical tasks under supervision, including fabrication repairs.
- Cleaning and detailing vehicles as part of the maintenance process
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety standards within the workshop environment

- A keen interest in automotive trades and a willingness to learn new skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
