Are you a passionate engineering leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and delivering impactful digital solutions? We're looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and drive technical excellence across our digital platforms.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager,you'llcombine people leadership with hands‑on technical guidance, helping teams deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead,coachand develop a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.

Drive recruitment, performance management, mentoring and career development.

Provide technical leadership across software design, development,testingand deployment.

Partner with Product, Architecture and Engineering stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD,DevSecOps, automation and quality engineering.

Support the stability,availabilityand continuous improvement of digital platforms.

Foster collaboration,knowledgesharingand innovation across engineering teams.

About You

Extensive experience leading software design,developmentand delivery initiatives.

Proven people leadership experience, including coaching,mentoringand developing engineers.

Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban orSAFe).

Experience leading geographically distributed teams.





Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecturepatternsand delivery practices.

Solid experience with:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

ReactJS, including SSR and CSR architecture patterns

RESTful APIs and microservices

Git,Jiraand Confluence

CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and Jenkins

Trunk-Based Development andGitFlow

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Nice to Have

AWS

Java, Spring Boot and JMS

Experience leading distributed or geographically diverse teams
