About the Role
As a Casual Line Cook, you'll play an significant role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and cleanliness standards. You'll work alongside an experienced kitchen team in a busy hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to company recipes and standards.
- Set up and maintain your assigned kitchen station.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
