Customer Service Officer - 12-month parental leave contract

About the role

This full time, 12‑month contract role provides coverage during a team member’s parental leave. Reporting to the Regional Manager-NSW, you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality customer experience at our Campbelltown Office.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Responds promptly and professionally to the company’s incoming calls
- Effectively schedule all allocate incoming service and repair work
- Coordinate with customers on equipment rental enquiries, service quotations,



and ongoing job status updates
- Ensure all completed work is invoiced and closed off in a timely manner
- Liaise with Sales and Technical Support teams to resolve any customer related issues and ensure customers best interests are considered

About you

- Demonstrated success in an office admin role
- Ability to regularly lift and carry equipment up to 12 kg safely
- Enjoy working on a schedule and facilitating tasks
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional at building rapport and sustaining meaningful relationships
