Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Develop, maintain, and implementplanograms and visual planogramsin line with Head Office strategy
- Support stock control and inventory accuracy
- Conduct stock and merchandising audits across stores
- Maintain and continuously improve in-store merchandising and visual standards
- Execute commercial floor changes based on data analysis, store performance, and current trends
- Ensure visual directives from Head Office are accurately implemented in-store
- Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve product presentation and brand consistency
- Work closely with cross-functional Head Office teams including Buying, Marketing, and Operations

Do you possess the below skills:

- Previousmerchandising experiencewithin theretailindustry
- Strong attention to detail




- Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross-function teams
- Ability to quickly identify problems
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Have a current cleandriver's license and be versatile to work across multiple locations when necessary.

You are an experienced Merchandiser who enjoys aHead Office environmentwhile also being hands on in-store. You’re comfortable travelling across Sydney stores and occasionally supporting regional and interstate locations to ensure visual consistency and execution excellence.
