With a strong pipeline of upcoming works and continued national growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from high performing Senior Estimating Coordinators who want to own outcomes, influence delivery, and accelerate their career.

The Opportunity

Working closely with estimators, project managers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role within our Pre Contracts team. You will be the central point of coordination for tenders, managing documentation, schedules, communication, and governance requirements to support successful project outcomes.

You’ll be embedded in complex civil and mining tender pipelines, taking ownership of coordinating the estimating process to ensure submissions are well managed, compliant, and delivered to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving tender success by coordinating the end to end tender and bid submission process safely, on time, and on budget.

Managing tender schedules, deliverables, deadlines, and submission requirements without losing sight of delivery.

Supporting estimators in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation while identifying smarter ways to deliver work.

Reviewing tender documentation, specifications,



drawings, and client requirements to ensure completeness and compliance.

Coordinating subcontractor and supplier enquiries, quotations, and correspondence while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Maintaining tender registers, bid tracking systems, and strict document control processes.

Facilitating tender review meetings, coordinating site visits, and supporting the successful handover of awarded projects to delivery teams.

Mentoring and providing guidance to junior estimating and bid coordination personnel to accelerate their careers.

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience in tender coordination, estimating administration, bid management, or a similar role within construction, infrastructure, mining, engineering, or industrial services.

A strong understanding of estimating and tendering processes with a practical, get it done mindset.

High level organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines under pressure.

High attention to detail with robust document management capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Confidence communicating and managing relationships with teams, clients, and leadership.

A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously and own outcomes.





Have experience using advanced estimating, document control, or bid management systems.

Have experience working within fast paced remote or national civil contractor environments.
