Property Manager – Experienced with Ray White Cairns

This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll manage a property portfolio while building solid relationships with landlords and tenants. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and structured processes that allow you to focus on delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Marketing properties for lease
- Tenant inductions, entry condition reports and bond lodgements
- Routine inspections, rental arrears, maintenance coordination and breach management




- Lease renewals, rent reviews, tenancy terminations and exit condition reports

Skills and Attributes

- Strong administration, computer and communication skills
- A confident, professional and positive “can-do” attitude
- A genuine interest in property and client service
- A current driver’s licence

Experience as a Property Manager or in real estate is highly regarded, as is holding (or working towards) a Real Estate Certificate or Licence.

Applicants new to real estate but keen to upskill and complete the required registration course are also encouraged to apply.
