The Person
- Previous experience in residential Property Management
- Strong knowledge of current tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and proactive when dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Solutions-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Team‑oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
The Role
- Manage a residential property portfolio and act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Oversee tenant communication and support provided by the Property Manager
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, quotes, and renovation works
- Manage rental arrears, breach notices, lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Prepare documentation for tenancy changes and tribunal matters
- Attend tribunal hearings when required
- Liaise with the Leasing Consultant to ensure properties are marketed effectively
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting requirements
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
