Your Duties
- Assist with the management of 220-230 residential properties (mostly unfurnished and tidy apartments)
- Manage daily rent arrears and issue relevant notices in line with legislative requirements.
- Coordinate and undertake routine and ongoing inspections of the portfolio.
- Ensure all leases and management agreements are current and valid.
- Acknowledge tenant requests and maintenance and liaise with owners and contractors to resolve any issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants,
and other stakeholders.
- Review rent for each recent tenancy and renewal, and ensure clients can make an informative decision.
- Communicate with potential tenants, conducted weekly viewings until a new tenant is secured.
- Update the client updated throughout the leasing process, process applications and completed lease documents
Specific Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in real estate industry
- Must have a valid Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate License
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable car
