The opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our in-office team at Jade Finance. This position is perfect for someone with robust design skills, a creative mindset, and keen eye for detail. You’ll support our experienced marketing team across a wide range of digital and print projects, with a particular focus on our growing B2B marketing requirements.

About the role

You’ll assist the marketing team across multiple creative and administrative areas, including:

- Collaborating with partners to determine specific requirements for co-branded campaigns and managing the production of those marketing assets.
- Helping to design and produce on-brand marketing materials for print and digital platforms.




- Structuring educational courses and creating compelling content for broker training videos, using AI tools to execute and produce them.
- Assisting with social media, email campaigns, copy writing and other digital marketing activities.
- Working collaboratively with the internal teams, partners, and external suppliers ensuring all projects run smoothly and deliver quality results.

What we’re looking for

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy (native-level English proficiency)
- High attention to detail and keen eye for design, layout, and presentation
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace and AI tools is highly desirable
- Proactive, confident, and passionate, with a willingness to learn new skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
