Factory Sorters - Paper Shredding & Recycling. Location: Wetherill Park.

Our client is a leading paper shredding and recycling company, providing secure document destruction and environmentally responsible recycling solutions. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking reliable Factory Sorters to join the team and support day-to-day operations within the recycling facility. This role is based on a factory floor and involves working in a dusty environment. PPE will be provided. Applicants must be comfortable working under these conditions.

What’s on Offer

- Monday to Friday with potential weekend work
- Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- hourly rate $35.93 + penalties
- Ongoing work with temp-to-permanent opportunities

Key Responsibilities

- Sorting paper and recyclable materials on conveyor belts
- Removing contaminants and non-compliant materials
- Performing pre-start checks on machinery and equipment




- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
- Emptying bins, pallets, and collection containers
- Ensuring materials are stored and returned correctly
- General factory and manual handling duties

Essential Requirements

- Previous factory, recycling, or sorting experience (desirable)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Ability to obtain a police clearance
