We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HR Agitator Truck Driver to join our team at one of Western Sydney's busiest concrete plants, based in Penrith.
This is a full-time position offering excellent hours, consistent overtime, and long-term job security for the right person.
What We Offer

- $34.50 per hour plus penalty rates
- Consistent 10–12 hour days
- 5.5 day working week
- Early morning starts

About the Role
As an Agitator Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of premixed concrete to customer sites across Western Sydney while maintaining a high standard of customer service and vehicle presentation.
Essential Requirements
- Current HR Licence (minimum 2 years' experience)
- Current White Card
- Excellent driving record
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work early starts and long hours
- Safety-focused attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred (But Not Essential)
- Previous concrete agitator driving experience
No agitator experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude, is eager to learn, and wants a long-term career in the industry.
