The Chance
We have an incredible opportunity for an experiencedIT Support Officer to join the team in our offices based in Arundel.

In this role you'll work to monitor, troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring seamless operations for our team members. This includes setting up devices, configuring computer systems, identifying hardware & software issues, and resolving technical challenges for our team.

You will use your natural problem-solving skills to overcome challenges identify solutions and utilise your strong interpersonal skills to adapt your communication style to suit your audience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installation and configuration of hardware and applications.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.





Offer support, face to face, over the phone or online to identify and resolve issues.

Troubleshoot system/network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.

Support the roll-out of new applications, security configurations and updates.

Manage service desk inbox, actioning tickets according to urgency.

Work quickly to respond to enquiries and IT issues within determined timelines.

Manage other ad hoc IT & Servicedesk tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring:

Relevant Tertiary qualification in IT or minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.

Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Google Workspace
