We're partnering with a growing third-party logistics (3PL) business that works behind the scenes with some of Australia's most exciting eCommerce brands. As the business continues to expand, they're looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to become a key part of the leadership team.

This is a broad role where you'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, improve processes and help shape the future of a business that's genuinely going places.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with leaders across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monthly management reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Financial modelling and commercial analysis




- Month-end and year-end reporting
- BAS, GST and statutory compliance
- Overseeing AP, AR and payroll
- Supporting operational and commercial decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting and business processes

About You

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and likes being involved in the business, not just the numbers.

You'll likely come from an SME or growing business where you've been exposed to both the operational and commercial side of finance.

You'll bring:

- Experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant or Management Accountant
- Solid budgeting, forecasting and cash flow experience
