About the Role

Reporting to the Quality, WH&S; and Warranty Manager, the Field ServiceTechnician ensures customers receive qualified, timely and effectiveafter-sales support, providing expert diagnostics, repairs and technicalguidance that maximise the performance and longevity of their Plungie productthrough:

- Delivering high-quality field service,warranty repairs, maintenance and technical support for Plungie products,ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Diagnosing faults, identify practicalsolutions, and complete a range of repair and remediation works to Plungie'squality standards.
- Building positive customer relationshipsthrough professional communication, exceptional service and strongrepresentation of the Plungie brand.
- Maintaining accurate records of workcompleted, including labour, materials and repair outcomes, while providingregular progress updates to management.
- Promoting a safe and compliant workenvironment by following company procedures, conducting pre-start and qualitychecks, safely operating equipment and vehicles,



and adhering to all WHSrequirements.

Note: Flexibility to travel extensively throughout Australia and work away from home for extendedperiods to support customers and project delivery will be required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have

- Previous experience in a trade, tradeassistant, maintenance, construction, or similar hands-on role.
- Demonstrated experience with general repairs,fault finding, and the secure use of construction hand and power tools.
- Experience working with concrete products,cement-based materials, coatings, repair compounds, or similar constructionmaterials.
- Current unrestricted driver's licence with asafe and responsible driving record, and the ability to undertake regularintrastate and interstate travel, including extended periods of driving.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and aspart of a small team in remote environments, customer homes, constructionsites, and manufacturing facilities.
- Strong commitment to workplace health andsafety, with the ability to work in physically demanding environments involvingchemicals, concrete products, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
