As part of Accor’s Premium brands, Swissôtel Sydney is seeking for a Casual Night Auditor to join our overnight team.
The Role
Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out
Assisting guests with requests and creatingmemorable experiences
Ensuring timely and effective delivery of guest request during night shift such as towels, dental kit, meals, etc
Support the night manager / assistant night managerin night audit closure using Ariel Robotic system
Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in anefficient and proactive manner
What we are looking for
A natural ability to authentically connect with people
Previous Front Office experience is desirable
Previous experience with Opera Cloud is favourable
Exceptional communication skills
Can work graveyard hours 11pm to 7am, 2-3 nights/week
Valid NSW RSA
Candidates to have work right in Australia

HIGA 2020 Level 3 rate: Monday to Friday $34.96/hr; Saturday $41.96/hr; Sunday $48.95; Public Holidays $69.93/hr. Late shift penalty (week days, exclude PH): $2.95/hr between 7pm to 12am; $4.42/hr between 12am to 7am.
