We are expanding nationally and are building a next-generation model of care that integrates psychiatry, pain medicine, and technology.

We are seeking a Medical Officer to join our specialist team delivering advanced treatments for treatment-resistant mental illness and complex pain conditions.

This is a unique chance to work within a highly structured, governance-focused private specialist service under the supervision of a dual-trained Psychiatrist and Pain Specialist.

You will be involved in supervised ketamine therapy, structured medical reviews, and longitudinal patient care within a precision medicine framework.

This role is primarily clinic-based with telehealth components and includes:

Supervising and managing ketamine treatments under specialist oversight





Conducting pre-treatment medical reviews and structured follow-ups

Telehealth reviews for mental health and chronic pain patients

Contributing to clinical documentation within a highly structured digital system

Working collaboratively with nursing staff and allied health

You will not be practising independently — this is a supervised role within a clearly defined clinical governance framework.

We are looking for a doctor who:

Holds current AHPRA registration (General or Specialist)

Has experience in mental health, emergency medicine, GP, anaesthetics, ICU, or internal medicine

Is comfortable managing IV therapies and monitoring patients

Has strong documentation skills and attention to detail

Is calm, clinically mature, and risk-aware

Values structured systems and clinical governance

Is interested in innovative psychiatry and interventional models of care

Experience with ketamine therapy is advantageous but not required. Training will be provided.
