About the Role

We are growing our in-house Marketing Team and are seeking a talented and driven junior graphic designer to provide design support and help manage our social media presence.

It's a dynamic and hands-on position ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is eager to learn.

The role will be responsible for delivering fast-turnaround creative, while also helping manage our social media presence across all our locations.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our executive and practice teams to ensure consistent, on-brand design and communication that enhance patient engagement, clinician visibility and community trust.

This is a full-time, office-based role is located at our Wamberal Head Office on the NSW Central Coast.

Salary will be dependent on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing assets across both digital and print formats to be used for Smile On and our various locations.

Create engaging visual and written content for social media, digital advertising, website use and email marketing.

Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.

Collaborate with practice managers and clinicians to promote services, events, and community initiatives.

Ensure all work is on brand and aligned with campaign direction.





Support the marketing team with essential day-to-day tasks.

About You

You are a creative, hands-on graphic design and marketing professional, early in your career or a new graduate, with an interest in social media and marketing.

Highly organised, dependable, with a strong attention to detail, you are able to juggle multiple tasks at a time.

Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, marketing, digital media, or equivalent experience.

Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator and Photoshop.

Robust design skills, attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines.

Excellent organisational and project-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Highly Regarded:

Previous experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-site service industries.

Experience managing social media content and understanding of social media platforms.

Experience using Canva.

Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.

Understanding of website management tools.

Skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
