About the role:
We are looking for our next Senior Strata Manager to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company’s key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage correspondence via phone and written communications
- Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
- Attending meetings, both committee and general
- Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with compliance related matters such as WH&S;, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirement
- Assisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant
About you:
The successful candidate will:
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Strata Manager
- BMS and layered schemes experience will be highly regarded
- Have experience at reviewing financials and drafting budgets
- Have experience at drafting agendas, minutes and running meetings, including committee and general meetings
- Be conversant in strata legislation - BCCMA, BUGTA
- Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
- Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential
