An exciting recent opportunity has become available within the Mainfreight Transport Narangba Branch in the role of Sales Support & Account Champion. As a vital part of our sales team, you will support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and developing strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing essentialsales administration supportsuch aspricing proposals, reporting and customer implementation.

Preparing and managing cash sales and identifying potential leads from inbound enquiries via phone, emails or website.

Complete specialised customer quotes catered to their specific transport requirements.

Nurturing and growing our smaller customer base

Tracking key accounts ensuring delivery performance targets are met.

Building rapport with key customers and be their trusted advisor

Work closely with business development executives and account managers to drive customer improvement projects
