The role
As a Medical Aide onboard our 'trucks' - mobile clinics, you will be required to provide administration support for our patients, including billing duties, as well as conduct and assist with some clinical tests and procedures.
Working on a adaptable rotating roster, you will typically work approximately 8 days on across weekday and weekends, followed by up to 6 days off. Some remote rotations in Western Australia and the Northern Territory operate on a 16 days on, 12 days off roster.
Essentially,
you must be confident and competent to drive a 4WD as this is a requirement of the role. Ideally, you will hold an open licence with a minimum of 5 years driving experience.
All flights, travel and accommodation are organised by Heart of Australia while on rotation.

Willingness to work FIFO and be away from home
Flexibility to travel and work across various rural towns and clinics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach and positive attitude
A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Previous medical administration experience will be advantageous but not essential
First Aid and CPR certificate (not essential as can be obtained prior to commencement)
