We are currently looking for a Trainer to join our Sydney office-based service delivery team.

Contracted role specialised in training and assessing Certificate IV in Ageing Support and Leisure and Health programs.

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Facilitate training and support sessions
- Mark assessments and update student training records
- Continuously develop, update and improve learning resources for respective courses
- Participate in assessment review and evaluation against competency standards
- Comply with organisational requirements for the provision of relevant feedback to students.
- Comply with all company lawful and reasonable directions.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this role, you must hold:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122); and
- Certificate IV in Ageing or Disability or higher.
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

Minimum skills and experience requirements





- 3 years experience in delivering online & face to face training services to domestic students;
- a work history that demonstrates current industry skills that can be verified
- Instructional design skills and experience will be highly beneficial
- Current knowledge and skills in unpacking training package and Unit of Competency.
