This is a hands‑on production role within our manufacturing operation, producing high‑end components for the mining industry. You'll be part of a small, capable team producing high‑quality products to spec – with the opportunity to develop your skills and become a key part of how we operate day to day.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Mixing, pouring, and processing production materials
- Quality checking finished components against specifications
- Keeping the production area clean, safe, and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production schedules
- Assisting with materials handling and movement around the facility

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- A genuine willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and doing the job well
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‑on production setting
- Safety‑conscious with a respect for workplace procedures
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a small team

Desirable (but not essential):

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (3–5 years ideal)
- Familiarity with component manufacturing or materials processing
- Current forklift licence (LF ticket)
