Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Guest Experience Officer for ACT, Dickson Aquatic Centre. You will actively acquire recent memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim, meeting enrolment targets and KPIs while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead tours, handle enquiries, process memberships, and maintain knowledge of all services. A strong sales background and team collaboration are essential, with weekend work expected.
