Your new role

The Longford branch of TTMI has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated, hands-on individual to join the team as a Service Technician.

The Service Technician, through the provision of hands-on service work, will ensure the delivery of diagnostic and repair services, equipment upgrades, fabrication, machinery delivery, mechanical advice and excellent customer service in dealing with all enquiries and assigned work orders.

Key duties of the role

- Perform a range of tasks including service, repair, test and maintenance of machinery.
- Inspect machinery or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems.




- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to work in a constructive and cooperative manner.
- Assist Service Manager to resolve customer complaints relative to service work with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention of all customers.
- Handle customer enquiries tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern.
- All reasonable steps must be taken to protect one’s own and other’s health and safety.
- Act at all times in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety policy, procedures and standards.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines and take corrective action when necessary in the performance of daily tasks
