We’re now seeking an experienced Construction Quality Manager to strengthen quality across our projects. This hands-on role will embed practical systems, improve Procore use and inspection processes, and coach teams to deliver compliant, defect-free outcomes that meet client expectations and Wiley’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead quality assurance initiatives across projects.
- Drive consistent use of Procore, inspections and quality records.
- Develop and implement effective Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) processes.
- Conduct quality reviews and identify opportunities to improve and reduce defects.
- Support practical completion, defect management, warranty and aftercare activities.
- Coach and mentor project teams on quality systems, processes and best practice.
- Monitor quality performance, identify trends and provide meaningful reporting to leadership.
- Promote continuous improvement through practical, project-based solutions.

About You

You'll be a respected construction professional who combines strong site experience with a passion for quality, continuous improvement and developing others.

You'll also bring:

- Strong understanding of construction quality assurance, ITPs, defect management and practical completion.




- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to influence, coach and build capability across project teams.
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience with ISO 9001 or Integrated Management Systems will be highly regarded.
