We have multiple opportunities for experienced Sub Foremen and Leading Hands to join one of Sydney's largest and most respected developer-builders.

Reporting to the Site Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-rise residential apartment projects, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the day‑to‑day management of site operations.




- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors in line with the construction programme.
- Ensure project milestones and programme targets are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance across site.
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries and material management.
- Conduct pre‑start meetings and toolbox talks.
- Work closely with the Foreman and wider site team to ensure efficient project delivery.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- Experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
- Previous experience with a head contractor or principal contractor on projects valued at $50 million or more.
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Structure
- Façade
- Fit‑out and finishes

- High‑rise residential experience is highly regarded
- A robust commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- A trade background in Carpentry or qualifications in Construction Management.
- Sound knowledge of WHS/OHS legislation and site safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider project team.
