About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes. You’ll be an integral part of delivering our seasonal menu, contributing to creative ideas, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Chef with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Strong communication and leadership skills

Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and flavour

A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality dishes across all sections

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team on service delivery

Support menu planning and contribute creative input

Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

Monitor and manage inventory and food costs

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Assist with rostering and training junior kitchen staff

Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure a smooth customer experience

Take initiative in solving problems and improving kitchen operations
