We are now seeking Trade Assistants to join our site‑based crews working across the Bowen Basin on a variety of infrastructure projects.
About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated and dependable Trade Assistants to support our carpenters, plumbers, and site trades across mine‑site infrastructure works. This hands‑on role involves assisting with maintenance, construction tasks, repairs, general labouring, and supporting daily site operations.
For the right candidate, this role offers genuine long‑term opportunity. We are committed to developing and upskilling our people with training, ticketing,
and the potential to progress further into specialised field roles.

- Previous Trade Assistant or labouring experience (highly regarded)
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (highly regarded)
- Tractor experience (preferred but not essential)
- QLD Construction Induction (White Card)
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently where required
- Current QLD driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
