About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter All-Rounder to join our property maintenance team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with broad carpentry experience and a keen eye for detail, capable of handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry repairs and installations (doors, windows, skirting, frames, decking, etc.)

Conduct property maintenance works as required (gyprock repairs, basic tiling, minor plumbing, patch and paint, etc.)

Respond to work orders and maintenance requests from property managers and landlords

Ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard, within deadline and budget

Communicate effectively with tenants, clients, and other trades





Maintain a safe and clean work environment on all sites

Requirements:

Proven experience as a qualified carpenter with general maintenance skills

Strong all-rounder capabilities across multiple trades

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Own tools and reliable transport (company vehicle may be provided)

White Card and relevant trade licenses

Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently

Steady pipeline of work across a portfolio of managed properties

Friendly and supportive team setting
