Our client is a boutique, CBD-based print group. They provide a full range of print-related solutions including all aspects of print, promotional and branding solutions - and offer both digital and offset print to their clients.

They work on compelling projects and have large, well known clients in the financial, commercial and retail sectors.

Business is growing and they are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their friendly sales team.

This is a genuine account management role. You'll need to be skilled at building relationships with your clients and providing first class service and innovative print solutions to meet their needs.

The role will include include taking briefs from clients, booking in jobs, liaising with production and ensuring all jobs are delivered on time.





The ideal candidate for this role will have had exposure to print, signage, promotional products and merchandise.

Previous account management or customer service experience is essential.

An understanding of print estimating and print software would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have account management or sales experience within a print business.

Or you may already be working in a print management environment or customer service position in a digital centre, an agency, or marketing services company.

Key to the role however is your love of dealing with clients and an ability to assist and advising them on ways to maximise their branding - through the power of print!
