- Working in a team
- Answering phones and email's
- Rostering
- Liaising with other staff departments through out the day
- Working closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in the front office
- Staff management and delegation
- Enforcing rules and policies while on shift
