About the Role
As Retail/Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both the spa and retail spaces, ensuring exceptional standards across:
- Guest experience and service delivery
- Team leadership, performance and wellbeing
- Retail presentation and spa operations
- Commercial performance, sales targets and KPIs
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable supporting therapists, coaching retail performance, analysing results, and creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll bring a strong commercial mindset while maintaining the calm, grounded energy that defines the IKOU experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your presence, guidance and example set the tone for the entire store.
You’ll inspire your team to deliver beautiful treatments, thoughtful consultations, meaningful guest connections and strong retail outcomes, while driving sustainable sales growth and operational excellence.
About You
You are someone who:
- Has experience managing a premium retail, wellness, beauty or spa business
- Holds a qualification in beauty or massage therapy (Diploma preferred)
- Is a confident and empathetic leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Understands how to drive commercial outcomes through team coaching, guest experience and clear performance expectations
- Is passionate about natural skincare, wellbeing and holistic living
- Builds solid relationships with guests through treatments, consultations and authentic connection
- Enjoys developing people, creating accountability and leading from the front
You lead with warmth, communicate clearly, and know how to motivate diverse teams while maintaining high standards.
