About the role

As a Parts Interpreter/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of spare parts for both our Service Department and valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Swift and exact interpretation of spare parts
- Delivering exceptional customer service




- Expert inventory management and stock control
- Timely and cost-effective ordering
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and customers alike

What We're Looking For

- A positive, customer focused mindset
- Reliability and punctuality with a "can do" attitude
- Strong team player mentality
- Familiarity with parts processing programs
- Forklift and car driving license (an advantage)

Additional Assets:

- Previous parts interpreting experience
- Retail background
- An understanding of mechanics/earthmoving equipment
