The Role

We seek an experienced sales professional with the desire to grow existing accounts while hunting for new business opportunities in a competitive market. You will have a proven sales record preferable in the technical sales field.

Based in our Carole Park Head Office, the purpose of your role will be to expose new business opportunities in the Motive Power division focusing on selling and servicing forklift batteries to clients within the materials handling industry. In addition, you will be responsible to implement, monitor and performance-manage activities and strategies across allocated customers and prospects across Queensland. Your role will also involve business development for both existing and potential current market clients. You will also manage,



monitor and report on key accounts.

Requirements

- 3 + years Account Management Experience
- Prior experience within the forklift or Battery industry (Advantageous but not necessary)
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding State targets
- Strong experience sourcing new business and managing key accounts
- Self-motivated and result driven with a high level of communication skills
- Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Forklift license and MR Truck Licence (Advantageous but not necessary)
