We're on the lookout for a remarkable individual who genuinely loves working in the aged care sector, possesses a positive attitude and genuine care for their clients. This position is casual with the potential to be moved to permanent part time after the initial probationary period.

This role is based in the Southern to Central Sunshine Coast region and requires the successful candidate to be able to travel accordingly.
Full Monday to Friday availability is required. (Weekend and overnight work available for the right applicant if desired)
This role is initially for 15 - 20 hours with the ability to increase hours as desired.

Here's a glimpse of what the role entails:

- Social support; accompanying clients on outing to various locations such as shops, the banks, cafes or for leisurely walks.




- Transportation; Assisting clients with their appointments or providing respite care.
- Meal preparation.
- Respite care; Assisting with exercises, dressing, toileting, and supervising the self-administration of medications.

What we're seeking:

- Certificate III/IV in aged care or equivalent qualification mandatory.
- First aid/CPR certification mandatory.
- Manual handling certification or willingness to obtain mandatory.
- Current police check or willingness to obtain mandatory.
- Friendly demeanor, reliability, excellent communication, ability to work autonomously.
- Possession of a well maintained, insured vehicle and a smart phone.
