Join our team as a high-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishing After School Care service located on the grounds of NAME Catholic Primary School, LOCATION. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.
We have 2 location available: North Ryde and Meadowbank.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position. Before and after school care plus Vacation care. Block shifts are available.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator,
you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
Build strong community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC).
Demonstrates robust leadership and communication skills
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
Certification inChild Protection Training.
CurrentFirst Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
A validNSW Working With Children Check.
Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.Register GECCKO
