As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the commercial fit-out on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll be the key point of contact on site, coordinating our team, communicating with builders and project managers, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
- Ensure works are completed to program and quality standards.
- Be the main contact onsite to liaise with builders and project managers.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure WHS compliance.
- Order and coordinate materials and deliveries.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
- Complete site documentation and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience supervising commercial ceilings and partition projects.
- Strong knowledge of plasterboard, suspended ceilings, steel stud framing and fibre cement external cladding.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Active White/Blue card
- Current drivers license/transport
