Working alongside our experienced Property Management team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our properties are managed efficiently and compliantly.
This is a hands‑on position that combines administration, inspections, maintenance coordination, and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with leasingadministration.
- Attending rental openhomes and providingapplicant feedback.
- Conducting routine propertyinspections and preparingaccurate inspection reports.
- Completing outgoing (end‑of‑lease) inspectionswith attention todetail.
- Administrative support of maintenancerequests.
- Maintaining compliance recordsincluding smoke alarms, pool safety, waterefficiency and otherlegislative requirements.
- Assisting Property Managerswith scheduling, administrationand reporting.
- Maintaining accurate recordswhile ensuring confidentialityof all clientinformation.
About You:
You'll be someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in being organised, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.
You’ll ideally have:
- Robust organisational andtime management abilities.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness tolearn.
- Strong problem-solvingskills.
- A current NSWCertificate of Registration(or relevant realestate qualification).
- Knowledge of NSWresidential tenancy legislation.
- Experience in propertymanagement or realestate administration (preferred).
