KeyAccountabilities

Support the administration and implementation of commissioned health service contracts.

Prepare resources, reports and documentation that support quality service delivery.

Maintainaccuraterecords and data across organisational systems.

Assistwith provider engagement,including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.

Assistwith stakeholder engagement activities and consultation processes.

Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting efficient systems and reporting practices.

About you

Ifyou'rean organised administrator who enjoys coordinating activities, building relationships, and supporting meaningful projects, this role offers the chance to make an impact.Your work willhelp implement health programs that improve access to care across our region while developing valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Capabilities

Demonstrated experienceor qualificationsin administration, business support, project coordination, or a similar role, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build andmaintainpositive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with experiencemaintainingaccuraterecords, data integrity, and administrative processes.

Proficient digital literacy skills, including experience using a range of systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications to support reporting, coordination, and service delivery activities.
