Wellbeing Connect is an integrated, stepped care mental health program supporting adults experiencing persistent, severe, and complex mental health challenges. Based from the Jimboomba hub, with spokes in Beenleigh, Beaudesert and Browns Plains, the service brings together clinical care coordination and psychosocial supports to provide person centred, recovery oriented and trauma informed care close to where people live.

The Centre Manager brings Wellbeing Connect to life, turning a model into something people can feel. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that is connected, grounded, and genuinely responsive to the community. It is about creating a service that works in practice, not just on paper. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build, influence, and make a visible difference, shaping a culture where people feel safe to do great work, and where those we support experience care that is consistent, human, and impactful.

As Centre Manager, you will shape how the service operates day to day, bringing together clinical and psychosocial supports into one coordinated approach. You will work across teams, services, and the community to ensure care is safe, connected, and responsive, while building a strong and capable team around you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the safe, effective, and integrated delivery of clinical and psychosocial services, ensuring continuity of care and strong outcomes.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and values driven team culture where staff feel supported and accountable.
- Provide oversight of clinical governance, risk, and quality, ensuring services align with recovery oriented and trauma informed practice.




- Enable strong collaboration across disciplines to support coordinated and person-centred care.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to strengthen service connections and responsiveness.
- Monitor service performance, using data and insight to support continuous improvement and informed decision making.

About You:

You are an experienced and values driven leader with a strong clinical foundation and the ability to lead high quality mental health services in a complex environment.

You will bring:

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant mental health discipline such as psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing with postgraduate mental health qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Mental Health Nurse or Psychologist, or eligibility for AASW membership.
- Senior leadership experience in community based mental health services.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across clinical and psychosocial disciplines.
- Strong understanding of recovery oriented, trauma informed, and person-centred practice.
- Experience in clinical governance, risk management, and service performance.

- $119,000–$124,000 base annual salary (depending on experience) plus superannuation.
