Catering for children aged six weeks tofive years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled inthe Early Childhood Educationindustry.

This is of course coupled with ample Career development opportunities to ensure quality implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach.
The successful applicant for this role will:
Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
Take pride in the presentation of the centre
MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services.
Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
Demonstrate excellent communication,
organisation and time management skills
Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
Available for Open and closing shifts.
Ability to work as a float educator and confidently support different rooms and age groups throughout the centre.
