We are seeking an experienced and reliable Company Mechanic to join our team based in Blacktown NSW.
This is a full-time role responsible for maintaining and servicing a fleet of approximately 40 company vehicles to ensure they remain safe, compliant, and operational.
About the Role
Reporting directly to management, your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and maintaining company vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs
- Conducting preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Managing vehicle registrations, servicing schedules, and records
- Coordinating external repairs when required
- Ensuring workshop cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Minimising vehicle downtime across the fleet
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified mechanic certification
- Previous experience working on fleet vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Current Australian driver's licence
