Little Loftys is a new state of the art childcare centre that opened in 2025. We have a great team of educators and are looking for a Diploma Qualified childcare educator as our enrolments continue to grow. The centre is stunning and has a natural outdoor playground that creates a loving and nurturing workplace.

Little Loftys is a family run boutique centre that has just been through accreditation and was rated as Meeting. This is an outstanding achievement considering the centre has been open only 1 year.

We prioritise the safety, wellbeing, and rights of all children and maintain a strong culture of child safety and childcare standards. As part of our commitment, we have a rigorous recruitment and screening process in place, including comprehensive reference checks, Police checks and child-safe employment checks. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in early childhood settings especially with Under 2's age group





Current First Aid including CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma and Current Working with Children Check.

Full Time work commitment with flexibility of hours between 7.00am-6.00pm.

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification is essential for this position.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.

Demonstrates understanding of child protection law, mandatory reporting requirements and processes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

Salary Package based on skills and expertise and above award rates offered

Worker Retention Payment provided

Position is full-time, with a choice of 5 days per week and a monthly rostered day off (RDO) or longer hours 4 x days per week

Ultra fast internet and computers to make your admin quicker and easier.

Our hours of operation are 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed public holidays and we close for two weeks over Christmas.

Plenty of parking is available onsite or on street

Uniforms, including hats and jackets are included

3 minute walk to Loftus Railway station and shopping village.
