Design & Build recruitment is recruiting a either a site or project engineer to join our client’s team on a luxury apartment project. This project has an established and supportive team ready to work with you.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the project management team.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Managing and coordinating all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
- Conducting regular site walk throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues,
and ensure adherence to project specifications.
What’s Required
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- MUST have new build commercial construction experience
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
