About the role

Innerworks Disability Services and Nestworks Aged Care Services are hiring support workers to join our growing team across the Central Coast.

This is a dual service role. You may work across:

- Disability services (NDIS – Supported Independent Living and community support)
- Aged care services (Support at Home – in home support)

Shifts will be allocated based on your experience, preference, and operational needs.

Job Description

We are looking for dependable, respectful individuals who can provide high-quality, person-centred care. You will be matched with shifts based on your availability, service stream preference, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Disability Support (NDIS):

- Support daily routines in SIL homes
- Provide personal care and community access
- Assist with skill development and goal based supports

Aged Care Support (Support at Home):

- Deliver in home personal care and domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and mobility support
- Provide social support and companionship

General Duties:

- Follow care plans and complete progress notes accurately
- Maintain professional communication with clients,



families, and team
- Work independently with professionalism and empathy

About You

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or equivalent (mandatory)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
