Positive Shepherd Support Services is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle area. The role manages complex scheduling for Disability Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care for NDIS participants across the Hunter/Central Coast region.

You will develop rosters, coordinate staffing, process timesheets and liaise with families to meet care needs. A proactive, detail-focused communicator is essential.
