We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Trainer Assessor to join ourATECteam, the RTO arm of Acrow Ltd.
ATEC has been in operation for 13 years, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training that helps our students succeed. We are a respected, Queensland-based RTO (#40554) offering nationally recognised qualifications, and we are currently expanding our footprint. Backed by the national presence of Acrow Ltd we have some big goals.
About the Role
As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for the compliant conduct of training activities at our facilities or on client sites as required. We are specifically looking for someone who can assess basic, intermediate and advanced Scaffold tickets.
You will be based in Brisbane, with travel to Mackay and occasionally to project sites as required.
- Scaffolding (Cert III, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced)
- HRWL and Tickets (EWP, Dogging/Rigging, Confined Space, Gas Test, Fork etc. etc.)
- First Aid / CPR
- Cert IV WH&S;
- Standard 11 / G1, 8 and 9
You will also be liaising with businesses and student groups to promote the training partnership opportunities with ATEC.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the conduct of training and assessment in line with regulatory and internal standards
- Maintain high standards for competence
- Work with the RTO Manager and other ATEC staff to drive the best outcomes for our students and our business
- Liaise with local employers and industry to ensure effective communication of ATEC offerings and capabilities
